What My Customers Say

BUSY, BUSY, BUSY

I very hectic build up to Christmas this year, with Christmas Fairs, birthday parties to organise and attend, Christmas discos, carol concerts, nativities and Christmas shoppingI

I love finding new fabrics and this was one of my favourites of the year a piece of 70's retro flower print that made up just a few dresses.

Another amazing find was this vintage Lego fabric from Sweden

This month Mabel turned 6 and added to a hectic calendar this month we found time to organise her a much deserved birthday party for her and her classmates, the theme was mermaids and pirates.

Party over we "decked the halls" and put up the tree and decorations.

The Christmas Fairs this year were both successful and good fun, with an evening at the Clipper in Shaldon, Bishopsteignton Christmas Fair and a weekend at the Ode Cafe and of course the school fair!

Mabel and Bella both took part in the Christmas Carol concert and Mabel played a snowflake in her school nativity which along with being so sweet, always has good comedy value!

And sadly at the end of the month a dear friend Christina lost her battle with cancer, an amazingly strong, funny and inspirational woman who will be missed so much not only by her friends but her young family.  The service was sad and beautiful and the wake was a party to celebrate her life as she requested. RIP
