EASTER HOLIDAYS

My favourite time of the year.  I love the longer evenings and the way everything seems to wake up. The girls had two weeks off for Easter and although we had nothing planned we spent a lot of time outside enjoying where we live.

With Summer around the corner I've added a new line to the range in the form of these long and short  shorts, made with remnants of my dress fabrics they are all upcycled and unique and have big handy pockets.

The holidays started with Bella taking part in South West England Dance Festival and coming first in the novice ballet. She then went on to win  one of her group ballets and came second in another. Proud Mum moment!

And then before we knew it, the holidays, late nights and lie ins were over and we were back at school for the Spring/Summer term.  I've put together a little Back To School collection with new oilcloth book bags and check Summer dresses made to order in different colours.

HOLIDAYS IN THE SUN

It's been a month since my last post and lots has happened!  Girls finished school and we prepared for our annual two weeks visiting family in sunny Valencia!. I also coordinated the first few dresses for my Autumn/Winter 2014 range before I left.

Before we left Bella took her bronze in Contemporary Jazz, we've just received her results and she has passed with a highly commended. Needless to say we are very proud!!

Early morning flight from Bristol to Valencia, we had lunch and then straight in the pool, temperatures remained the the 30's for most of the holiday, phew!!

Our friend Peter joined us from Holland for the first weekend

A lovely day spent at the amazing Oceanografic City Of Arts & Sciences.

And so a lovely time was had by us all, we returned to the grey and rainy British weather tanned, relaxed and a few pounds heavier!! but once again enjoying the wonders of Valencia,

Back to work and I've just finished the first few upcycled Marvel comic dresses, which have had a great reaction and will be available at the beginning of Sept
