OLD INTO NEW

Lots of new makes since my last post over two weeks ago. The first is a new line which I'm now finally happy with.  It's a ladies sleeveless top, great with capri pants or jeans as well as a little pencil skirt worn on it's own or under a little cardigan I think it's going to be a good addition to the range.

Another was an upcycled project from this piece of fabric I made a ladies and girls dress and called in Mum & Me, they sold straight away so I'll be using this concept  again going forward  making dresses for the big girls and the little girls!
I bought two fab new pieces of fabric from a lovely shop in Exeter and set about turning them from two pieces of fabric/curtains into some lovely new items.  The first was this brown and pink fabric, which made three girls dresses, a Missy Bag and a ladies top

The other was a piece of 60's psychedelic print fabric and managed to get just three little dresses

May 5th was not only May Day but also big day for us as a family, it was this date two years ago that  Mabel had a stroke. We decided that it would always be a family day, where we quietly do a lot of reflecting on how lucky we all are to be together,  we ended it with a trip to Pizza Express.
and a day a Exeter Museum
